Return Policy for Blank Apparel
Blank / Non-Printed apparel is returnable and refundable for the full price of the apparel as long as the items are in the original condition as they were received and returned within 15 calendar days from the delivery date. The customer is responsible for shipping to and from for any blank apparel orders UNLESS there is a manufacturing issue with the garments in which you will need to contact customer service to start a claim if your order is defective.
I Ordered A Sample For a Decorated Order, Now What?
If you have ordered apparel that you would like to have decorated, you can return your apparel for a full credit (less shipping), on your cusotmize decorated order. Please contact us for an RA# and return instructions. Your apparel will need to be returned promptly to ensure your decorated order is not delayed.

Before your return your order contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Orders returned without an RA# will be returned to the customer. How Long Does My Refund Take?
Refunds are generally processed within 1-3 days of receiving your blank garment and processed immeditately. The actual refund will depend on your credit card company, generally 2-5 working days. If you have not received a refund that you were expecting please contact customer service and we'll make sure that your return has been received and correctly processed.
Ho to Exchange for a Different Size or Color?
If you are exchanging your order for the same item just a different color or size, you still need to contact us for an RA#, and often we can ship out your exchange as soon as the original item is returned.
How to Exchange for Completely Different Item?
If you are exchanging for an completely different style, request a refund for the first order and replace a new order with your new item.
