Detailed Information:

COLOR MATCHING
Mouse Pads are printed with 4-color process inks rather than spot colors. 4-color process allows you to print as many different colors as you want for one price. All PMS colors will be converted to the closest 4-color process match. A perfect match cannot be guaranteed. Non-standard CMYK imprint colors are available at no additional charge. PMS Metallic colors are not available. Files submitted in RGB will be converted to CMYK which may result in color shifts. Due to the digital artwork printing process, using placed raster or photograph images limits our ability to make color corrections. When color is critical, we recommend a product proof.

ARTWORK STANDARDS
Guidelines for sending in your art can be found in the help section. Please see below for details specific to BIC Mouse Pads.

FABRIC SURFACE MINIMUM LINE WEIGHTS & TYPE SIZES
Due to the specialized process used to create fabric surface BIC Mouse Pads, there will be some dot gain on the final image (100% to 400%). This can fill in small type and reverse or "knock out" art. Minimum text is 12 point font. Minimum reverse text is 18 point font. Minimum line thickness is .5 point, minimum reverse line thickness is 1 point. If font sizes at or below these minimums are critical, then a firm surface mouse pad is recommended.

FIRM SURFACE MINIMUM LINE WEIGHTS & TYPE SIZES
Text can be as small as 6 point on most fonts. Lighter fonts may need to be larger. Lines must be .5 point thick.

BLEEDS
There is no extra charge for bleeds. Art intended to print to the edge must extend 3/16" outside the cut line. Critical elements of your image must remain 3/16" inside the cut line.

BORDERS
We do not recommend borders on BIC Mouse Pads. If a border is necessary, it must be a minimum of 1/4" thick.

LAYOUT
Always provide a layout and a hard copy of your art so we will know how you want your BIC Mouse Pads to look. Provide a color composite of multi-color images when sending in production-ready art or send it in color, digitally (VECTOR ART preferred). High resolution images are $250. This charge will be waived if the art is supplied digitally in CMYK format and properly sized to the product ordered. If color matching is critical, a product proof is recommended.

PROOFS
Proofs are provided upon request and include free overnight delivery. A product proof at $50 is recommended when color matching is critical and colors other than our standard imprint colors are used. Please allow 5 additional working days for a product proof. A free product proof will be provided on each order over catalog quantity. For custom shape BIC Mouse Pads please allow 3-working days for a fax proof. Product proofs are available, however a die charge of $150 applies.

Poly-bagging is available on BIC Mouse Pads (allow 2 additional working days). at $0.20 per pad.

Sending Us Your Artwork
1) Email Your Artwork - After you have placed your order online you will receive a 4-digit order number. You should include your order number in the email when sending us your artwork. Email your artwork to: art@teapromo.com.

2) Upload Your Artwork - If you have an artwork file that is over 9MB you may want to consider uploading your artwork. Again, please make sure to include your order number when you are uploading your art. Upload Artwork Now.

Artwork Types Accepted
We prefer vector artwork, which is usually in an .AI file, .EPS file or .PDF file type. However we will accept anything! If you artwork or company logo is not in vector format we will recreate your artwork into vector art for FREE! Other acceptable file types: .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF, .TIF .PNG, .PSD, and even Faxed Images. (we strongly recommend digital images). If you are ordering Full Color Digitally Printed products, please make sure that your image/artwork resolution is over 350 DPI.

Pre-Production E-Proofs (FREE)
An Artwork Pre-Production E-Proof is a .PDF file opened by Adobe showing you the actual size of your logo or imprint on the promotional product that you purchased. Artwork E-Proofs are emailed to you within 24 hours of your order being placed. We send artwork e-proofs on ALL customized promotional product orders, even rush orders. Font Samples
Even if your imprint does not include a logo, you can still personalize the text on your products! When completing the Checkout Questions, under Special Instructions simply tell us the font style and layout of your desired imprinted text. You can also email your "Text Layout" to: art@teapromo.com (please include your order number in the email).

Special Instructions Example:
"Make Line 1 Calibri Bold, and Make Line 2 and Line 3 Comic Sans Italic. Center the text in the imprint area."

If you are ordering multi-color imprinted items or heavy items like coffee mugs, we recommend requesting a customized quote for your order. We'll send you an order form with all of the prices and details of your order. Simply fill out your payment information on the form and fax/email it back to us.

Delivery In-Hands Date
During the checkout process your will be asked if you have a delivery in-hands date. Make sure to tell us the latest possible delivery date, if we cannot meet your in-hands date we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you need your products within a 2-3 week time frame, please contact us to make sure our factories can meet your in-hands date. Although we have short production times, our factories are located all over the U.S. and UPS Ground shipping or FedEx Ground shipping will take 1-5 business days depending on where you are in the country.

Rush Orders
Most of our products have a paid rush service available if needed, please CALL / EMAIL / CHAT With Us Regarding All Rush Orders. We will check inventory and production time on the product you are interested in to make sure we can meet your delivery date. We have factories all over the country that carry the same or similar products, and we may be able to save you money by suggesting a "West Coast" or "East Coast" factory to help centralize shipping and decrease delivery time.
