 Rush Order Tips |
#1 - CALL/EMAIL/CHAT WITH US REGARDING YOUR RUSH ORDER
We have
factories all over the country that carry different products, we may be
able to save you lots of money by helping you select a "West Coast" or
"East Coast" factory so that your shipping isn't so far away from your
location. If you are ordering 1,000 pencils the overnight shipping from
Florida to California isn't too bad. BUT if you are order 288 Ceramic
Coffee Mugs, the overnight shipping would be more than the price of the
products. We would select a Factory that carries the same products with
a closer shipping location.

#2 - HAVE YOUR VECTOR ARTWORK READY
We accept ALL
forms of artwork, however vector art (in a .eps or .ai file type) is
preferred, especially for a Rush Service. To get your order into
production the same day that your order is placed, we would need your
logo/artwork in vector art upon submission
to our art department. Otherwise we will have your artwork
recreated (FREE service with every order) with our
Artwork Recreation Process.
This process will always take at least overnight to complete, but it is
Free if you are order any of our promotional products.
You do not have to have Vector Artwork, we can submit any font type
set into production the same day, we just need a copy of the font type.
With either process we will ask you to approve a pre-production
artwork e-proof before your order
goes into production. We do this to ensure customer satisfaction with
every order.
#3 - TRY TO SELECT A PRODUCT FROM OUR FREE RUSH SECTIONS
We
offer over 3,000 products on a FREE Rush Service, but if you already
know what you want just call us and we'll figure out the quickest and
cheapest method to get your products to you.
