FedEx or UPS shipper number are supplied.
- Samples usually ship our within 24-48
hours.
- Specify Shipping Method: Ground, 2-Day
Shipment, Overnight Shipment, etc. We'll ship with Ground
Service, unless otherwise specified.
- Request up to 6 Free Samples, as long as
they are shipped on your account number.
- If items are over $5, please request to

- All samples are shipped via UPS or FEDEX Ground,
estimated shipping cost is $8.00 plus the cost of the sample. USPS First
Class Mail typically is not available.
- For multiple samples, an $8.00 shipping charge will apply to each
group of products from a given factory. (we will specify in quote or

considered "Actual Product Proofs" imprinted with your company logo.
Your actual logo can be printed on your preferred promotional products
before you place a full order.
- Turnaround time varies 1-2 weeks.

Spec Samples usually cost $35-$50 depending on the item.

As long as no artwork changes are made, we'll refund your spec
sample cost when you place a minimum order of the same product with the
same imprint.
