for a turnaround time quote in which
we will double check stock, factory production, and shipping transit
time. In General, the production times of each product are listed in
the product details section of the each product page. There may also be
a FOB point indicated where that promotional product ships from.

24-Hour Rush Timelines
A 24-Hour Rush
means that your promotional products will be produced within 24-hours of
your artwork e-proof being approved
by you (Monday-Friday Only). For example if you are placing your order
on Monday and your artwork is received and
artwork e-proof is before by that
factory's cut-off time, than your order will ship out on Tuesday. If you
miss the cut-off time, than your order will ship on Wednesday.

IF YOU ART SENDING AN ARTWORK LOGO YOUR LOGO MUST BE IN VECTOR ART FOR
24-HOUR RUSH ORDERS, otherwise we will have to add another day to your
production time in order for us to recreate your artwork logo. IF YOU
CHOOSE THE TELL US THE TEXT OPTIONS or a
Text Type Set, your
order is fine for production as long as we have the needed font on file.
