| WHY DO I
NEED MY LOGO IN VECTOR FORMAT? |
| Well, most of
the companies in the promotional product industry use machinery that is
run with Adobe Illustrator Programs. If your logo has 3-Colors in the
logo they machines need to recognize which color matches which part of
the logo. So if you have your logo Vector Art Ready, they can
"disassemble" your logo so that the imprinting machines can ready them.
This also makes it easy for someone to change the color of you logo in
specific locations, for example I want the roof of my house to be
changed from Red to Blue, but keep everything else the same. |

| VECTOR
ART CONVERSION |
| Vector Conversion is the art of converting raster images to line at
images format. Bitmap images are made up of pixels, and cannot be scaled
up effectively. VECTOR images are created by the numerical coordinates
that are contained within the file. Vector images can be scaled up or
down infinitely without the loss of resolution and are much smaller
files compared to bitmap files. Vector images also allow you to change
color and edit individual elements with case. Vector artwork is simply
comprised of lines (wire frame) that represent the objects. Vector
images are usually created with the drawing program such as
CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator or Freehand. |

Sending Us Your Artwork
1)
Email Your Artwork - After you have placed your order online you will
receive a 4-digit order number. You should include your order number in the
email when sending us your artwork. Email your artwork to:
art@teapromo.com.
2) Upload Your Artwork - If you have an artwork file that
is over 9MB you may want to consider uploading your artwork. Again, please make
sure to include your order number when you are uploading your art.

Artwork Types Accepted
We prefer
vector artwork, which is
usually in an .AI file,
.EPS file or
.PDF file type. However we
will accept anything! If you artwork or company logo is not in vector format we
will recreate your artwork into vector art for FREE! Other acceptable file
types: .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF, .TIF .PNG, .PSD, and even Faxed Images. (we strongly
recommend digital images). If you are ordering
Full Color Digitally Printed
products, please make sure that your image/artwork resolution is over 350 DPI.
Pre-Production E-Proofs (FREE)
An Artwork Pre-Production E-Proof is a .PDF file opened by Adobe showing you the
actual size of your logo or imprint on the promotional product that you
purchased. Artwork E-Proofs are emailed to you within 24 hours of your
order being placed. We send artwork e-proofs on ALL customized promotional
product orders, even rush orders. View an example:

If you are ordering multi-color imprinted items or heavy items like coffee mugs,
we recommend requesting a customized quote for your order. We'll send you an
order form with all of the prices and details of your order. Simply fill out
your payment information on the form and fax/email it back to us.

Delivery In-Hands Date
During the checkout process your will be asked if you have a
delivery in-hands date.
Make sure to tell us the latest possible delivery date, if we cannot meet
your in-hands date we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being
placed. If you need your products within a 2-3 week time frame, please contact
us to make sure our factories can meet your in-hands date. Although we have
short production times, our factories are located all over the U.S. and UPS
Ground shipping or FedEx Ground shipping will take 1-5 business days depending
on where you are in the country.
Rush Orders
Most of our products
have a paid rush service available if needed, please CALL / EMAIL / CHAT With
Us Regarding All Rush Orders. We will check inventory and production time on

This is really great of TheExecutiveAdvertising to offer this service. I was trying to have my company logo recreated myself for a week now, and they did it to my satisfaction in 24 hours. I sent a BMP file and they had it created into an AI file. Great Great Great... thank you!!!

I KNOW that my logo looked bad when I sent in my artwork, but they did a really great job and they did it overnight! It would have taken me a week to get my logo looking crisp. Great Job! Worth Every Penny!
