| What is a Delivery In-Hands Date? |
| A Delivery In-Hands Date or just in-hands date is the absolute last
day that your promotional products can be delivered by. For example if
your Trade Show is on Saturday May 23rd, then your in-hands date should
be Friday May 24th.
Should I Really Tell You the Absolute Last Date? Or Add in Delivery
Buffer Room?
YES. Tell us your last possible date to receive your
products, especially if it's a rush order. We will ship your promotional
products as soon as they are ready to be received by you, but there is
no reason for the added cost of a rush order or
expedite shipping if there is no
particular delivery date needed. You can also review our
standard production
times for more information. If we commit to your promotional
products being delivered on your in-hands dates, that's the day they
will be delivered, we do not guarantee our in-hands delivery date even
though we make 99% of our delivery in-hands dates.
Can you Deliver to my Trade Show Hotel?
Often our customers may be
traveling to a hotel for their trade show and we will ship your
promotional items to the hotel so that you don't have to travel with 500
tote bags and 2,000 pens. This is often done, please just specify your
request in your order notes. We strongly recommend contacting the hotel
to make sure that they can accept the packages on your behave and that
they will hold your products for you.
