How To Order a Custom Build-A-Kit?

1. Browse our "Build-A-Kit" Eligible Products
   • Make a list of the product numbers that you would like to be included in your kit.
   • Don't forget to include a "Swag Bag" as one of your products (we recommend picking a branded tote bag or customized drawstring bag).
     • We can also send you a quote for kitting your products into a gift box.
2. Request Your Kitting Quote
   • Contact our Customer Service team with the list of item numbers and color theme you want.
   • Let us know if you want your Kit "Bulk Shipped" or "Individually Drop Shipped."
   • Upload your logo to your Artwork Library.
3. Review Your Custom Kit
   • We'll check availability and assemble your color selection
   • Then we will send over an artwork mockup of what your kit would look like with your quote.
   • If you have changes, just let us know!

What do you mean by picking a “Swag Bag”?

A product kit bag is the bag or vessel that we will be kitting your products in. We recommend a tote bag or drawstring bag. This is usually the easiest way to group your product together for shipping or distribution. We can also do custom gift boxes with die cut foam, however these items will need to be quoted and take additional production time.

What if the product that I want doesn’t come in my color theme?

Normally we will choose a neutral color like white or silver and then print your logo in your color theme.

Will I receive an artwork proof for all of the products that I am kitting together?

Yes. We will pick the item colors and imprint colors for you, then you just need to upload your artwork to your Artwork Library. We will add your artwork to all of the products in your kit so you can see what your kit looks like before we produce your order.

What if an item is out of stock?

We will work to find a substitution for you when we quote your order.

What is the minimum order for custom kitting?

100 Kits.

If I dropship my kit to my employees or customers, but I don’t have 100 recipients, can I still order?

Yes. If you only a portion of the minimum order, place your order and submit your drop ship list, and we'll update your order and have the remaining total shipped to the shipping address on your order. So if you submitted 80 individual addresses and you ordered 100 units, we will ship 80 individual packages to your list recipients and a bulk shipment order to your order shipping address. We'll also update the shipping charge on your order and remove the extra drop ship charges.

What is the cost of drop shipping my Build-A-Kit?

Our Drop Ship Program is a simple flat fee ranging from $6.00 to $12.00 per kit (depending on the size and weight of your kit), that is added per kit. This fee covers the shipping mailer box, our team packaging up your kit, labeling your package, and the shipping cost mailing your package out.

Do my custom kits have to be drop shipped?

No. We can bulk ship them to you for distribution.

What if there is a product that is not labeled as a “Build-A-Kit” eligible?

Usually that product would not be available for kitting, however it doesn’t hurt to ask us! We may be able to find a similar product that can be kitted.

What is the production time for my Build-A-Kits to be produced and assembled?

Production time is usually 7-10 Working Days, add an additional 1-2 days if you are drop-shipping your order to individuals.

Is the Drop Ship Ready pricing the same for Alaska or Hawaii?

Typically it's not much more as our drop ship products are shipped via USPS, however request a quote if the majority of your Drop Shipments are going to these two states.

Can you do Individual Drop Shipping to my International Customers?
