Is an Artwork Eproof REQUIRED on all Decorated/Customized Orders?
YES. We require that your artwork to be approved in writing (email is fine) before your order goes to production.

IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR E-PROOF WITHIN 1-BUSINESS DAY PLEASE CONTACT US TO HAVE YOUR PROOF RESENT. DELAY IN APPROVING YOUR ARTWORK CAN RESULT IN DELAYED PRODUCTION.

How Do I View My Pre-Production Artwork E-Proof?
You will receive an Adobe .PDF file in the email that you checked out with, all artwork e-proofs are emailed within 1-business day of your purchase. Make sure to check your email spam folders! The artwork email will come from art@teapromo.com.

My Artwork Looks Small, Can You Make It Bigger?
We maximize the imprint areas on all of our products, and we always try to make sure that our imprint areas are as large as possible. If you are imprinting in a small area like a keychain or paperweight, we recommend not putting too much information in the imprint area. Having too much information may take away from the look and feel of the promotional product. We often recommend utilizing second imprint locations for adding more information.

My Artwork Looks A Little Blurry In The Proof, Will It Print That Way?
The PDF files often can distort the images just a hair that may cause the artwork to seem blurry. We make sure that your promotional products artwork is in fact not printed to any distortion, however, if you see anything in the artwork that doesn't seem right please DO NOT approve your artwork and ask us to make the changes. Good Examples are if the "dot" in the lower case "i" is missing, or if an apostrophe is missing. Printing a copy of the pdf file will also help determine if there is something wrong with the artwork. Always double check everything in your artwork e-proof before approving.

How Do I Approve My Artwork E-Proof?
Easy! Just reply back to the email that you received and type:

I APPROVE - if your are happy with your artwork e-proof

I DO NOT APPROVE - if you would like to see changes made, we'll make the changes the same day and resend for your approval. Please remember to indicate the changes that you would like made and be as descriptive as possible. Feel free to call the artwork design specialist that sent you the e-proof.

Can I Request A Mock Up Of What My Artwork Will Look Like Before I Order?
YES. We will be happy to do an Artwork Pre-Production E-Proof before you order. Just email your mockup request and logo to art@teapromo.com. Include the Product ID Number, the quantity that you are interested, shipping zip code, and the in-hands delivery date and we check the item's stock and send over a customize price quote with your artwork e-proof. All Artwork E-Proofs will be completed within 24 hours - we may request to have your artwork approved again before production.
