| Welcome to The Executive Advertising! Over the past
year we have provided hundreds of promotional items to dozens of the
Accessible Home Healthcare franchisees. It has been a pleasure to do

Q: Do all of your products have a Free Artwork
imprint & No Setup Fees?
A: All of our Promotional Products will include at least a Free
one-color artwork imprint with no setup fees. And some of them can
include a Full Color Digital Artwork in the price. The only products in
our store that are not priced with decoration included is our Apparel
(T-Shirts, Polos, etc). All of the apparel listed online is listed at
Blank/Non-Printed pricing. Please request an apparel quote if you are
interested in purchasing screen printed or embroidered apparel. |
Q: Do I have to send an Accessible Home
Healthcare Logo?
A: No. We have the Accessible Home Healthcare Logo on file for all
locations. |
Q: I Placed my order, but haven't received an
Artwork Eproof?
A: Your artwork eproof should be emailed within 1-business day of your
order being placed. (Art Department is closed on Saturday and Sunday).
Check your Junk or Spam folder for our art email address: art@teapromo.com.
If you still can't locate your artwork eproof, please contact us
immediately so we can resend. We require an
artwork eproof to be approved on
every order before we begin production. |
Q: I Received my artwork eproof, and I need to
make some changes?
A: Easy! Just reply back to the email that you received and tell us the
changes you would like to see, we try to get all revisions back to you
the same day. |
Q: I Need a product on a Free 24 Hour Rush, How do
I do that?
A: To utilize our Free 24 Hour Rush Service, the products must have the
"Free Rush" Icon listed on the product description page. If not, this
item my not be available on a rush service. To "Activate" a Rush
Service, just mention that you would like a "FREE 24 Hour Rush" in the
Special Instructions of the product checkout questions. Remember that
the Rush Service is a Production Rush Only, and standard shipping times
will apply. We recommend calling in rush orders, so we can verify stock,
production and shipping time. |
Q: Can I Request an Artwork Eproof before I Order?
A: Yes. We will be happy to do an Artwork Pre-Production E-Proof before
you order. Just email your mockup request and additional imprint
information to art@teapromo.com. Include the Product ID Number, the
quantity that you are interested in, shipping zip code, and the
in-hands delivery date and we
check the item's stock and send over a customized price quote with your
artwork e-proof. All Artwork E-Proofs will be completed within
1-Business Day, however, we may request to have your artwork approved
again before production. |
