How To Order Blank Non-Printed Apparel?
Just order your blank garments online, 98% of our Clothing has a minimum order
of one. Non-Printed Apparel usually ships within 24 hours (excluding weekends
and holidays).
How To Order Decorated Apparel?
We offer professional screen printing and embroidery services with over 50 years
of decorating experience. To order screen printed or embroidered T-Shirts, Caps,
or other garments just Request a Quote with the details of your order
specifications.
1) SHOP FOR YOUR CLOTHING!
Browse our store and
pick out the garments to be decorated, including sizes that you want. We
recommend using our shopping wish list system to pick and organize your apparel
shopping. You can save up to 10 shopping lists and just email them to our sales
team for a customized quote. Make sure to add each size to your shopping cart
separately. View or Create My Shopping List.
You can also just send us a list of the style numbers you are interested in.
2) REQUEST A QUOTE.
3) UPLOAD OR EMAIL YOUR ARTWORK.
Whether you are getting your
logo Embroidered or Screen Printed, we will need to make sure that your artwork
will decorate properly.
4) SEND BACK YOUR ORDER FORM.
Within 24-hours
we'll send you an order form and prices of the information that you have
provided to us, just email/fax/mail back the order form and we'll start your
order. You will receive a 4-digit order number the same day you fax back your
order form.
5) APPROVE YOUR ARTWORK E-PROOF.
Within 24 Hours of
you placing your order we'll send you a sample of what your order will look like
on the garment, you will need to approve your order before it goes into

Sending Us Your Artwork
1) Email Your Artwork - After you have placed your order online you
will receive a 4-digit order number. You should include your order number in the
email when sending us your artwork. Email your artwork to:
art@teapromo.com.
2) Upload Your Artwork - If you have an artwork file that
is over 9MB you may want to consider uploading your artwork. Again, please make
sure to include your order number when you are uploading your art.

Artwork Types Accepted
We prefer vector artwork,
which is usually in an .AI file,
.EPS file or .PDF file
type. However we will accept anything! If you artwork or company logo is not in
vector format we will recreate your artwork into vector art for FREE! Other
acceptable file types: .JPG, .GIF, .TIFF, .TIF .PNG, .PSD, and even Faxed
Images. (we strongly recommend digital images). If you are ordering
Full Color Digitally Printed products, please make sure that your
image/artwork resolution is over 350 DPI.
Pre-Production E-Proofs (FREE)
An Artwork Pre-Production E-Proof is a .PDF file opened by Adobe showing you
the actual size of your logo or imprint on the promotional product that you
purchased. Artwork E-Proofs are emailed to you within 24 hours of your
order being placed. We send artwork e-proofs on ALL customized promotional
product orders, even rush orders. View an example:

order! Artwork E-Proofs can be waived by request, but not recommended.

Delivery In-Hands Date
During the checkout process your will be asked if you have a
delivery in-hands date.
Make sure to tell us the latest possible delivery date, if we cannot
meet your in-hands date we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being
placed. If you need your products within a 2-3 week time frame, please contact
us to make sure our factories can meet your in-hands date. Although we have
short production times, our factories are located all over the U.S. and UPS
Ground shipping or FedEx Ground shipping will take 1-5 business days depending
on where you are in the country.
Rush Orders
Most of our products have a paid rush service available if needed, please
CALL / EMAIL / CHAT With Us Regarding All Rush Orders. Are apparel
decorating services usually take 7-10 days after you approve your artwork (not
including shipping). We do have some rush options available, please call us for
details. We will also compare the cost of
expedited shipping verses using a paid (or free) rush service to save you as
