VIP Membership

To give our VIP customers what they want!  We are offering this program to all our Executive Advertising Customers that continually return to us for their promotional products needs. The most requested perks requested by you, our customers, were Free Setups and Free Shipping. We began working on some solutions for that, and after some shipping negotiations and pricing restructuring, our VIP Membership Program was born! And the two biggest perks are Free Setup Fees on all Products and Free Ground Shipping (up to $50 per suborder).

When you make your next purchase at www.executiveadvertising.com for promotional products, you’ll be asked if you want to become a VIP member, Just Click YES and the VIP Product will be added to your shopping cart.

As soon as you add our VIP Membership to your shopping cart. Other products that you may have in your shopping cart will be updated with the VIP Membership Perks.

Your membership is good for one year from your membership purchase date.

YES. It’s true! Under the new VIP program you will continue to have No Setup Fees on all products! And no setup fees when you reorder your products. Without the membership you will be charged setups for first time orders and repeat orders, repeat orders will be discounted.

Once you have elected to become a VIP Member (or add the VIP Membership to your shipping cart) we will apply a $50 discount towards Ground Shipping to each item (suborder) in your shopping cart.  If the shipping cost is over $50, you are responsible for the difference.  For example, the shipping total for an item in your cart is $70, and you are a VIP member, you will only pay $20 in shipping for that portion of the order.  If the shipping total is less than $50, say $43, then you will not pay anything for shipping for that item at checkout.  Shipping Discounts do not apply to expedited shipping services, it only applies to our ground shipping service.

YES. If you place an order for 10 products (10 separate suborders) that are decorated, each order will receive up to a $50 free shipping discount immediately. In this example, the 10 suborders would result in up to $500 shipping costs savings.

In short, NO. Random Printed Samples, Blank Samples, Spec Samples, and Blank Apparel orders are NOT included in the Free Shipping Perk. Full orders of decorated promotional products or decorated apparel are included in our Free Shipping Perk, which covers up to $50 of Ground Shipping per order.

YES. Ground or 2-Day Air Shipping to any of these places are included in our Free Shipping Perk.

YES.  The discount applies to the "UPS Standard" shipping method which is the international ground shipping method with UPS. 

YES. One of the best Executive Advertising hidden gems is the ability to mix/match your decorated apparel items.  When you order different apparel items with the same artwork in the same location on each item, you can use our “Apparel Groups” system which consolidates multiple apparel styles into one suborder.  When this happens each suborder (or apparel group) will receive our Free Shipping perk per decorated suborder, not per apparel style added to the apparel group since they all would ship together.   If you'd like to learn more about this feature, feel free to reach out to our customer service team!

It’s a surprise!  We want the gifts to be about you, for you, and to help give you ideas on how to promote your business.  The gifts are random and to active members only.

You tell us!  Once you have signed up for the VIP membership, visit My Account, and there will be a new section called My Memberships where you can add/edit your Marketing Address.  The Marketing Address provided is where we will send your free gifts, catalogs, and random marketing samples.  We will also confirm this address when you sign up for the VIP Program.  You can change your Marketing Address within your account at any time.  Occasionally we may reach out to see if the address has changed, usually right before we are about to send something.  This Marketing Address section will only be displayed for active VIP members.

To claim your Free Spec Sample, go to My Account > My Memberships > and look for Claim My Free Spec Sample. Look for a Yellow button that says Pick My Free Spec Sample, and start completing your purchase. Make sure to use the Coupon Code on this page so that you are not charged for the sample. The coupon code can only work with the products that are listed in that section.

For 18 years, Executive Advertising has proudly offered no setup fees without the need for a membership. In 2024, a necessary pricing restructure was implemented to continue offering the lowest product pricing available, which included adding setup fees to thousands of products in our catalogs. However, we still wanted to honor our history, and our customers, and the birth of our new VIP Membership Program began. We are rewarding customer loyalty by continuing to offer the perks of no setups, while also implementing additional perks to give those VIP customers the ultimate savings opportunities they deserve.

So sharing your membership benefits with a second account is easy. Your VIP membership can be added to a second ordering account as long as the peron that purchases the VIP membership is also an Admin User of that second ordering account. After you become a member view My Memberships page to add a second ordering account to share your VIP Benefits. To have more accounts than two you will need to purchase a new membership.

YES. We have a 60-day cancellation policy for a full refund. However any free shipping or free setups that you have received will be deducted from your membership refund, or you will need to be paid back upon cancellation.

NO. When you sign up your account is set to auto-renew every year, but you can easily adjust that in your account settings.

$100/year. Most people save around $70-80 on their first order covering most of the membership cost.
